During the past month, I have watched and listened carefully at all things WOFF.

I wondered if my absence  providing current blogs since mid August would be conspicuous.

It was.

In previous blogs I have mentioned that I monitor all traffic, the visible and the intentionally invisible, to see who is accessing this blog. My regulars were just that, visiting the site regularly to glean from the invaluable links that I have gathered over time and, presumably, visits to other less visited blogs written here since July '11. During that time, I found people from many interesting places have come here: England, Germany, Brazil, Russia, Africa, Name any Scandinavian country, Japan, France, Southeast Asia, Australia and almost EVERY state in the U.S.

The Brazil and Scandinavian countries are noteworthy because WOFF ministries have extended their reach to these places for some time now. But the regularity of visits here are telling, because they too, have questions, or doubts, or seek information, just like folks here in the U.S.

Many of you have been looking for newer, fresher blogs. Thank you for continuing to visit this site.

I CAN tell you that the "Letter to Jane" was a major hit. It is up there with the blogs"Document Everything" , "Never Underestimate the Power..."and "Let's tell Leadership..." with the highest hits and traffic.

So, I am still here. I don't plan on going anywhere.

I have surmised that the two blogs connecting WOFF people, that is, families of members, and members themselves, and those contemplating joining WOFF, come here, and to religiouscultsinfo.com for ANY information, analysis, rants, comparisons, etc.

Let me say that the "rants" almost ALWAYS originate here, as I have said before that my aim is to get in WOFF's face and call them out.

While leadership at WOFF publicly, or even among themselves, wish to think that WOFFWATCHER is just a rant blog packed with lies, I know from chatter that they are unsettled by my calling them out, but more so the concern is that there is other work involved in bringing WOFF down.

John Huddle's religiouscultsinfo inside view to the world of WOFF and culture is heartbreaking and jaw dropping. His personal accounts are compelling. His analysis and comparisons are top notch. I learn something every time I read John's blog. His blog is must read for everyone with WOFF concerns.

WOFFWATCHER, on the other hand, is like the kid in school who just won't put up with bullies, questions the system, and creates awareness when the air is foul.

Just so you know, I WAS that kid in school. When I reached 6th grade, my father was horrified to learn how I handled bullies without ever having to confront them again, through High School. 

The WOFFWATCHER blog has made conclusions and comparisons viewed by some people as "reaching" or "out in left field", and that perspective is respected however I have to consider most of those views come from those not familiar with the culture or government or social perspective in which I am well versed. And I am glad it is LEFT field!

My lessons, comparisons and such, are perhaps asking the reader to be proactive.

This is why I believe that lessons aren't enough. They make my point, they may inspire, but the person needs out, the family needing answers, the interested person researching WOFF...is just reading.

My blogs are calls to action. They are intended as intellectual ammunition against those who would scoff at the very idea you might be questioning them.

"Just Say No" also works here WOFF members, when they tell you to do something that you question.

The thing I don't understand is when WOFF leadership tells you to go stand in the corner, go to the fourth building, give up your phone and so on...is that you meekly just agree to their punishment or treatment of you.

HAVE SOME GUTS PEOPLE!  Stand up to these lying, pretentious, charlatans and take charge of your own life.

REMEMBER THESE AND KEEP STORED IN YOUR HEAD...YOU WILL NEED THEM.....

I have said time and time again, that people approach opposition, particularly in the case of confronting WOFF leadership, are too nice about it, thinking that it would be civilized to do so. However, WOFF leadership is anything but civil when confronted with the truth, or questions, or just saying no.

You can't fight this way. You can't solve the problem this way. They sure won't.

And, if you are among those that believe that "going down to their level" is beneath you, or not in your format, you need to rethink that. Everyone that is "high minded" like this, loses. I know from experience.You must fight every battle at the level it comes for the opposition knows the message loud and clear. They have to know that you understand their position, make them understand YOURS , in their language.

So, Let me start....

If you think that this loud, thorn in their side is just a rant blog, think again.

Yes, I am giving you ideas and perspective. Yes, I am inspiring you to stand up for yourself. Yes, I have a vested interest because I have family there.

I believe I have lesson-ed you and myself to exhaustion. So, future blogs will contain more calls to action,  more like: "in your face". Hopefully more useful ways of confronting them and ideas on who to contact when they step out of line.

WOFF has a long trail of mistakes ready made for someone to blow the whistle. The sad part, WOFF doesn't think they've done anything wrong.   

And I am not pinning my hopes on this blog ranting, or just providing links, or hoping YOU will take it upon yourself to turn them in to a government agency,etc.,WOFFWATCHER continues to be proactive until this mess is done.

Let's Report To Leadership What We Heard.....Updated March 14, 2015

WW is quite aware that Devoted to Jane Woffers  (DTJWs), along with members of their crack "security detail,

report back to leadership, any and every piece of information that is said or written about WOFF or Jane or it's members or it's practices.

WOFF members tattling on one another, even lying about another to get them in trouble, is widely encouraged as an effective way to keep everyone in check, and in constant fear.

What the ( verb, adverb, adjective, command, interjection, noun) kind of religion does this?

Not a religion. It's someone's version of a religion. It's a religion where one person has convinced herself and apparently everybody that will listen, that WOFFers are the only ones going to heaven.

Give us all a very large break!

In the WOFF world their truths win. That's a tiny constituency and irrelevant to THE WORLD at large. But WOFF's actions are far from irrelevant to THE WORLD.

In THE WORLD outside the "church" the facts win. The law favors the truth. The law has been known to fix matters involving non truths.

Lies are what keep this "church" going. Lies are what are keeping families apart. Lies have produced what other hardships for some, as in two or three jobs, some not resulting in payment, and advantage and riches for others, such as swimming pools, furs, jewelry, art, 40+ acres, and a mansion.

Lies like: "If you leave, you will get cancer and die, or become a drug addict, or be sued for slander (if what you are accusing them of is true, then it isn't slander), or your family will disown you (NO, those characters want you to believe that because they are ORDERING your family to disown you, it's not of their own free will), or no one will ever love you again (oh please!), or, (my favorite) God will send you to hell. Oh please!

Jane has no way of knowing your future. You could be in hell now, and I must say with very nicely mowed lawns....and plenty of parking.

She doesn't know any of these things to be true, and she can't prove them. Not even the cancer deaths. God schedules those.

"Lies" are the stock answer given by WOFF'ers when asked about stories ex WOFF'ers tell regarding their experiences at WOFF. They are all "Lies". As if everything about WOFF were wonderful and perfect...

A cadre of lawyers, financial backers, affluent church members and cooperative politicians make the WOFF world possible. This is common knowledge around the Rutherfordton county region. Add a dose of fear, dismissal of the truth, testimonials from current members and leadership, illusion, delusion and deception, and you have WOFF version of credibility.

Although not common knowledge, but the enablers have been identified, and their individual futures and freedoms could be in question, if past, present and future investigations produce details resulting in indictment and conviction. Leadership and Jane's complacency along with complicated legal protection, will only give this mess more ammo for the feds and other agencies to examine.

This is why you must ASK QUESTIONS. Why you must DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. This why you must listen to everything said, but especially LISTEN TO WHAT IS NOT SAID.

WOFF leadership particularly, parses their words, that is, carefully edit, craft what is said, in the form of a statement.

While some corporate entities, even some religions organizations, use public relations to spin the truth, WOFF has it's lawyers, as well as their own measured language to parse and spin as well as refuse to respond, or answer with silence, as some lawyers like to say.

How is that right? A religion where people supposedly worship GOD, but they have lawyers who control the facts and operate in secret and money going in every direction?  This is a very Catholic model if there ever was one.

Here's how the outside sees WOFF:

• Secret Operation
• Controlled environment
• Carefully crafted culture
• Unequally distributed wealth

Regarding WOFF or WOFF-member incidents with law enforcement, government agencies and courts that in the last 15-20 years, WW has noticed that some or all of the testimony from victims or witnesses have been challenged by opposing counsel and resulted in an advantage for WOFF.

The reason for this is that the complainants don't have any idea how to help their counsel build a case. This isn't their fault. They aren't in the business of going to court and fighting a case. WOFF IS. They are old pros at it.

Since the WW blog has been online, an impressive amount of incidents involving WOFF and WOFF members has warranted the attention of local law enforcement. Check the links part of this blog for documented accounts.

If you think you have been a victim of a crime, that is, if YOU believe a crime was committed against you,  then you should stand for your rights. You can't, shouldn't, allow yourself or to continue to be a victim.  No, the process should be to promote yourself from victim to who you were before, just a whole lot stronger. Promote yourself from victim to plaintiff.

Civil rights violations are against the law. Such violations include keeping you against your will when you attempt to leave the church, as well as the subsequent "treatment "you get from the "leadership".


You can grow as a person if you take yourself out of follower and victim mode. Don't let someone else decide your life for you. They can never truly know what is inside you. They can tell you what you're thinking but they can't KNOW what you're thinking.

What you do with your life is between YOU and GOD, the way it was always intended to be. Take out the middle man. Or Women (plural) or Man Haters, after all, this is WOFF we're talking about.

Freedom of speech baby! Responsibly assembled facts stacked against your perceived juggernaut of defense, will always take you down.

About a year ago (January 6, 2011), the United States Senate Finance Committee submitted the results of their investigation of religious non-profit organizations associated with or operated by:
Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Creflo Dollar, Bishop Eddie Long, Paula White, Joyce Meyer Ministries, who cooperated with Grassley’s inquiry, and Benny Hinn.


Recent Huffington Post Article on Best Paid Pastors

The final report concluded that there were "no definitive findings of wrongdoing" and "no penalties for the pastors who refused to cooperate".

The ministries or "churches" replied with seemingly predictable behavior.

Hmm, why are these ministries so secret about their money? Why are so many "leaders" so wealthy?

Although this mission was well intended, the Senator's office and staff may have gone into this without anticipating this kind of reception. These results, although not surprising to WW and kindred spirits (WW readers, with the exception of WOFFWATCHER - watchers, who are not kindred), would most certainly be surprising to people unaware of insiders fierce loyalty to their ministry's system or culture and the lengths they will go to to protect it, notwithstanding the fear and intimidation used by the ministries toward it's members who might stray.

The individuals and their ministries were clearly defiant all the while gaming the system created by government, with a bit of help by lobbyists crafting this system, to distinguish them from other entities.

Huge respect and kudos, however to Senator Grassley's staff for forging ahead with this project. The results, such as they were, actually proved useful because of HOW the subjects of the investigation responded. This now leads to more questions and will certainly lead to more types of investigations, perhaps by other bodies of government, but particularly congress.

WW suggests congress because since Senator Grassley's office took this matter on, and his constituency is in IOWA and NOT North Carolina, it could mean that perhaps YOUR congressman/woman in YOUR district, anywhere in the United States, might feel compelled to start their OWN investigation into these types of ministries.

And why stop at those named in this latest investigation? Why not start with smaller, more local ministries? How about one relatively off the radar, but with similar infrastructure as those previously scrutinized, and with a seemingly rich leader.

Where might you find one like that, WW wonders?

So, if you folks locally feel constrained to contact your local congressman/woman because they fear they might be tied to a "church" in some way, you should still try.

If you're in, say, Orange City Florida, you can contact your congressman there, or Falls Church Virginia, or Coldwater Michigan or Goodlettsville, Tennessee, or San Diego, California, and ask them to conduct an investigation. It is unlikely that they will be tied to ANY NC "church" or ministry.

WW's suggestion to Senator Grassley's staff, if you plan on doing this again (and bless you guys for trying) is that you need a street fighter (no violence necessary or condoned, but someone tough as nails, fearless, if you will) to go in with you to help you with tactics they use and how to counter uncooperative people, you need more people in the grassroots (non church members but those who work with them and facilitate them) to help you gather information instead of insiders, study their unique infrastructure.

Here are a couple of  ideas to consider:

the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) and HIPPAA (Health Information Privacy Act) statutes.

Although the purpose of the RICO statute is "the elimination of the infiltration of organized crime and racketeering into legitimate organizations operating in interstate commerce." S.Rep. No. 617, 91st Cong., 1st Sess. 76 (1969). However, the statute is sufficiently broad to encompass illegal activities relating to any enterprise affecting interstate or foreign commerce.

The U.S. Supreme Court has instructed federal courts to follow the continuity-plus-relationship test in order to determine whether the facts of a specific case give rise to an established pattern. Predicate acts are related if they "have the same or similar purposes, results, participants, victims, or methods of commission, or otherwise are interrelated by distinguishing characteristics and are not isolated events".

Perhaps RICO provides an opportunity to enable a full and proper legal investigation into day to day operations and infrastructure.

"The HIPAA Privacy Rule provides federal protections for personal health information held by covered entities and gives patients an array of rights with respect to that information. At the same time, the Privacy Rule is balanced so that it permits the disclosure of personal health information needed for patient care and other important purposes.

The Security Rule specifies a series of administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for covered entities to use to assure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information. "

It is not unreasonable to consider an investigation in this category, as it applies to federal law, would apply to ministries that involve their church members to chaperon, observe, participate or otherwise accompany the church member that was getting treated, diagnosed, hospitalized, counseled by a physician or medical practitioner for a condition or disease or routine medical evaluation. Sometimes the clinic or medical practitioner may have ties to the ministry in order to make this practice possible.


Of course, these are just two areas of consideration. There are many more areas of potential investigation to explore.

Lies and a Lesson about Guerrilla Tactics

This morning WOFFWATCHER watched how Congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin answered a question about something he said recently in a speech.

“Instead of working together where we agree, the president has opted for divisive rhetoric and the broken politics of the past,” Mr. Ryan said. “He is going from town to town impugning the motives of Republicans, setting up straw men and scapegoats, and engaging in intellectually lazy arguments as he tries to build support for punitive tax hikes on job creators.”

He was referencing the reason for the standstill in Washington over jobs, over the economy and all that it entails. This, by the way, isn't true about the President. Trust me. WOFFWATCHER KNOWS for a fact, this isn't true. This can be backed up, easily!

This is an example of a common tactic in politics as well as in the WOFF world, and the REAL world. It's a tactic best characterized as one from your past as a child in school when someone accused you of something THEY did, blamed YOU, and YOU got in trouble. This is EXACTLY that. This is a "polite" version of guerrilla warfare. It was used against you and you didn't even realize it.

Mr Ryan was asked a direct question, yet turned it around and ultimately didn't answer the question. Questioners repeated the question time and time again, yet he gave different answers. The questioners were educated, polite, respectful, but their frustrations with the way they were "handled", were palpable

The Congressman answered with an answer, not an answer to their question.

We know, politics.

If WOFFWATCHER had asked him this question in public, I would have interrupted him during his non-answer and would tell him that I might be one of his constituents and that I was one of those responsible for keeping him in office, and since I was one of his bosses, he would want to answer my question as an employee rather than someone elected to dismiss me. I would further explain that I ultimately have the power to take away HIS power. So, sir, what's it going to be?

Always anticipating the other side's move, I would expect the Congressman would only know to respond using the polite version of guerrilla warfare, as he did this morning, and might dismiss my tactics as uncivilized and bullying. Again, blaming you for something HE did.

I would have responded that his unwillingness to answer a question should be a red flag to those seeking the truth and that another agenda is his constituent over the people who elected him. And, since he works for me, I would work against him keeping his job as he is not up to the job I elected him to do. I would compel others with proof such as this encounter and provide many others for credibility.

So, subject to this kind of treatment by the Congressman, people are frustrated with the outcome of dealing with people who won't answer your question, but just give you an answer.

Politicians, salespeople, our bosses, spouses, relatives, any one you designate power to, even for a moment, will use the politeness version of guerrilla warfare, under the guise of civilized behavior if you will, against you, from time to time. You then are compelled to cave in to pressure because your going guerrilla isn't an option, not something YOU do. WOFFWATCHER get's it. This isn't for everybody.

WOFFWATCHER has always gone plain 'ole guerrilla on people who don't tell the truth, who bully, who would want to take control over you. In this case, guerrilla can be characterized as not letting the other person bully you, accepting THEIR version of the truth, or control you.

Before WOFFWATCHER continues, I know I have asked readers of this blog to stay respectful in dealing with others. That should remain a pledge you should keep. This is WOFFWATCHER's fight. You stay classy.

The result of this tactic is that it is very easy to make a person uncomfortable by pressing them to tell the truth. You just have to press them until you hear an answer that is everything but something prepared or an answer to another question you didn't/haven't asked. You repeat the question and point out to the answerer that they haven't answered your question(s).

Expect them to try to take control of the situation from you by seeking out help from others, or trying to make you look bad in front of others and so on, just to get out of answering the question. After all, they are not used to such uncivilized treatment!

Where WOFFWATCHER comes from, we don't just let them leave the room.

Jane knows that WOFFWATCHER is one of these people. An interview with WOFFWATCHER would be brutal.

If you are a current or former WOFF member, then you automatically assigned Jane and church "leaders" this luxury of power over you.

Among their tactics are these lies: 

Tell me if this sounds familiar: "if you leave this church, you will be killed by drug crazed people" "you will become whores and fornicators", "you will become hooked on drugs".

These can only BE lies, because: .1. I don't know of any ex-woffer that has been killed 2. I don't know any ex-woffers that are whores and fornicators. 3. Drugs? Why? 4. They can't know what's in the future, They can't guarantee any of these results.  Heck, WOFFWATCHER doesn't know what's going to happen, and YOU sure don't, so there!

How about: "If you leave, or try to leave, you will be admonished by church members". Or: "you will be sent out to seek truth" (or something like that). This would be a good opportunity to leave. I know, it's a high price to leave your friends and community, but do you really want to live in a world like this? Consider this the cost of doing business.

There is a difference between being a liar, that is someone who lies about everything, and lies, which are specific statements meant to support their claim, which have no substance or support of truth.

So, this covers A lie. A lie in this case is used by someone who would stand in the way of your freedom. They couldn't possibly lie about everything, if they did, they'd be liars. I couldn't know or say that simply because WOFFWATCHER is not with them 24 hours a day. (Take THAT legal team!)

When someone is trying to control you, they will say anything. When lies are standing in the way of you and God, you need to seek change.

Worshiping God is a very personal thing. WHY WOULD YOU PERMIT SOMEONE TO CONTROL HOW YOU WORSHIP?

We all like to be among friends, community makes us strong. That's great. However, there are other people, potential friends right there in Spindale that need you, will love you, will welcome you with open arms. Or, you could go elsewhere and find love and continue to serve God just as well there too. (Don't forget about the faith freedom fund in Spindale, they can help you with your transition)

Love is universal. WOFF doesn't have a monopoly on it.


Don't buy in to lies. The WOFF way is not the only way, there are others that can make you happy without losing control over your life and family.

Like the Congressman, in this case, you are a constituent of Jane and WOFF, you have the real power, you can say no, you can leave. You have ALWAYS had the power. You have it now.

Get out, and get acquainted with freedom to worship God YOUR way.

Do you want to go to a church that uses lies to keep it's members, much less "mind control", screaming, pressure? What kind of church is that?

Want a tiebreaker? How much money has it cost you to be a member of this "church" ? Would it be cheaper to worship in a less tumultuous place? You've got to ask yourself:  "Why do they want me to stay?"

Money and control. That's what it looks like. That's what it is. Plain and simple. 


So, just walk. Your power to choose - trumps any tactic,even guerrilla tactics.

KNOW Jane or NO Jane?

WOFFWATCHER considers the WOFF system and infrastructure as a separate body from it's members who simply work and worship.

It is important that readers understand that the regular church members unknowingly bought into this way of worship, aren't responsible for it's success and probably aren't even aware of how this place runs.

The system and leadership are the ones who will be under scrutiny.

So, give the regular church member a break. Pray for them. Offer to help them if they need it. They aren't the ones who run the place, they are just like you and me, trying to get through the day with hard work, praising god and managing their own lives. They don't know what they don't know, just what they've been told.

And they have been told that if members leave WOFF, or are thinking about leaving, they are told that terrible things will happen to them. The Occupy Wall Street events are a perfect example of what WOFF leadership might exploit to use as an example of what might happen to someone who leaves, or to our country. So, now those with doubts about WOFF have the distraction of fear planted in their heads. This to go along with the ups and downs of everyday life plus having to hear people say bad things about them in public.

The regular church member has a lot invested in their participation there. Picking up and leaving is not just that simple.

WOFFWATCHER understands their predicament and does not take their situation lightly.

A future ex- WOFF member CAN DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES how they want to worship, with who and who to worship. This is the freedom that they have that they are being talked out of by their handlers, their church, their leaders etc.

This site has never been about leaving God, actually, it encourages you to continue to worship, YOUR WAY. 

There are tons of religions out there. Each have their own version of the truth and what they believe God to be and your role in serving him. Most if not all, don't attract the kind of controversy of your soon to be former church.

The simple math of over 100 websites with information about WOFF out of thousands of Google entries should be a red flag to anyone considering staying or joining there. Look on the next post for those links....

An organization this complex, with the participants WOFFWATCHER has identified as part of the infrastructure, cannot be 100% mistake free. The system they have created has blinded them with their own zeal and dogma.

So, worker bees, fellow ants, let's finish this.
